Duo arrested for having break-in tools

Caledon OPP Officers responded to 15 property damage, nine personal injury collisions and one fatal during the week of April 23-30.

Friday, April 27, a vehicle check for traffic enforcement on Torbram Road near King Street resulted in the arrest of the driver. Ram Singh, 59, of British Columbia, was charged with Drive Motor Vehicle-Over 80 mgs. Of Alcohol in 100 mls. Of Blood. He will appear in court May 24 in answer to this charge.

Sunday, April 29, a vehicle stop on Airport Road near Boston Mills Road resulted in a criminal charge for 19-year-old Dianna MacKay of Mississauga. She was charged with Drive Motor Vehicle-Over 80 mgs. Of Alcohol in 100 mls. Of Blood and G2 Licence Holder-Blood Alcohol Concentration Above Zero. Court date is May 31.

Break & Enter

Monday, April 23, a 19- year-old male and a 17-yearold male were arrested by police at the intersection of King Street and Station Road after police received a report of two suspicious person and a house alarm call. Jonathan Diegel, 19, of Caledon, was charged with Break & Enter, Mischief- Under $5,000 and Fail to Comply with Undertaking. A 17-year-old male, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was also charged with Break & Enter, Mischief-Under $5,000 and Fail to Comply with Undertaking. Both were held for bail hearings April 24.

Friday, April 27, a barn and trailer at a McLaughlin Road residence were entered during the early morning hours. Nothing was reported stolen from that location.

Sunday, April 29, a barn of a Chinguacousy Road
