M&M holds charity BBQ

Saturday, May 12, Canadians can help cook up a cure! Support the 19th Annual M&M Meat Shops Charity BBQ Day benefiting Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC) medical research. M&M Meat Shops' franchisees, staff and thousands of volunteers will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs to meet the 2007 Charity BBQ Day fund-raising goal of $1.9 million. Between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., supporters will receive a hamburger or hot dog, a drink and a bag of chips for a minimum donation of $2.50. Every penny raised goes directly to CCFCams. To date, almost $12.5 million has been raised though M&M's annual charity BBQ.
