Citizen contest popular, but hard?

Within hours of the Caledon Citizen hitting the streets last week, we received many entries for our Anniversary Contest, which offers four great prizes worth more than $1,000. The questions for the contest are known as brain teasers, and these mental puzzles can be quite challenging.

The majority of the initial entrants could not answer all three questions correctly. A word of advice - nothing is as plain and simple as it appears. Or is it? Seldom is the obvious answer the one we're looking for.

There are three new brain teasers to test you this week. You have until April 27 to submit your answers and you can enter each week. If you're stumped, search far and wide for the answers. It's worth the effort!
