CLASSIC CARTOON
This cartoon, depicting Citizen co-editors Bill Rea and Mark Pavilons, was created

by a Citizen artist in 1987. Mark has been with the Citizen for more than 22 years,

while Bill worked here for 10 years (1984-'94). He returned to the company in 1999

to become editor of the King Township Sentinel.
