Artists invited to submit work

Local artists are invited to submit their work to the Headwaters Arts Festival's upcoming annual juried art show and sale. Entries for My Passion … My Art will be accepted until May 18, from any artist who lives, works or exhibits in the Headwaters area.

All two- and three-dimensional artwork, including paintings, etchings, photographs, sculptures, textiles, videos, jewelry, glass and more, will be considered for jurying. All artists may submit up to five images for jurying; all images must be submitted on CD in hi-resolution format. Low-cost photo shoots will be available for any artists who do not have digital images of their work. A non-refundable fee of $30 (plus GST) must accompany all submissions.

My Passion … My Art is the 8th annual Headwaters art show and sale. It is the showcase event for the Headwaters Arts Festival, the two-week celebration of local creativity held every fall. This year, the Art Show and Sale will be held Sept. 22 and 23, and 29 and 30.
