It's a boy for Paynes

Councillor Jason Payne and his wife celebrated the birth of their son Cody Jason Payne on March 5, weighing six pounds 12 ounces.

"We're not sleeping through the night," Payne told his fellow council members at the March 20 meeting.

"Congratulations," said Mayor Marolyn Morrison. "We're all so pleased for you."
