Mesley is speaker at luncheon Mark your calendars for Friday, May, 4, as Big Brothers Big Sisters is pleased to present award- winning broadcast journalist, Wendy Mesley as the keynote speaker for their Women of Peel Luncheon. Mesley is the co-host of CBC News: Marketplace, CBC Television's award-winning prime-time investigative consumer show. She earned a Gemini Award for her work on CBC's Undercurrents, a program that examined media, marketing and technology. Noted for her energy, tenacity and wit, she is regarded as one of the best interviewers in television. Mesley addresses challenging issues with an edgy, entertaining and informative presentation style. She is sure to inspire, motivate and entertain! May 4, Mesley will provide the latest insight into TV reporting and how the media is changing their tactics to target youth.
