Chef's Challenge fund-raiser July 9

Chefs from the premiere restaurants and catering companies across the region will be joined by renowned chefs from Toronto for an evening of "sip & savor" Monday, July 9 from 4-8 p.m.

The lakeside setting of the beautiful Royal Ambassador in Caledon East will host the first-ever Chef's Challenge with each of the selected 25 culinary specialists showcasing their signature dish. Attendees will determine, through a people's choice style system, the premier chef in each category, plus the Chef Challenge Grande Award.

Wine pairings for each of the chef creations will be orchestrated by Carriage Trade Wine & Spirits expert, Hugh Sutherland. Provincial and federal politicians will join the 500 plus guests expected to attend this sumptuous food and wine event. Tickets are now available for the Chef's Challenge at $100 per person, including taxes & parking.

Proceeds from the Chef's Challenge will support the Dufferin-Caledon Conservative Associations. For tickets call 905-951-3280 or e-mail pam@wsmca.com.
