Congratulations to Robert Smith, Third Paul Harris Fellow, Sapphire awarded Wednesday, March 7, at the Caledon Seniors Recreation Centre, Rotary Place.

Arecognition of 47 years of devoted service to Rotary and to our Caledon community. Our Caledon Seniors Recreation Centre has been the focal point since its inception of your unselfish giving of time, wisdom and efforts. You are our Volunteer of Volunteers.

I personally congratulate you Bob on this magnificent achievement and thank you on behalf of all our members and your host of Bolton friends who have received the many benefits of your selfless efforts. As our Volunteer of Volunteers long may you reign.
