THE LAST TREE TAP
This is the last time Mr. Conway, who is retiring this June, will show his students how

to tap the maple trees behind Ellwood Memorial school in Bolton. He has been doing

this for 32 years since he started teaching in Bolton. The children collect the maple

sap and learn how it is boiled into syrup which they will enjoy over pancakes.
