Councillor wants to sing

At its March 20 meeting, Caledon council will vote on a motion by Councillor Doug Beffort that all council meetings begin with the singing and/or playing of O Canada.

O Canada was officially proclaimed as Canada's national anthem on July 1, 1980.

Currently, council meetings begin with a prayer only.
