GRAFFITI IN PALGRAVE
During February and the beginning of March some vandals sprayed graffiti over the four inside walls and four outside

walls of the Palgrave Stationlands Pavilion, located on Brawton Drive and the Trans Canada Trail. The graffiti

is an individual's or gang's tag mark. The tag is that of a face. The tag has also been sprayed on various posts

and road signs in the Palgrave area. The pavilion was built by the Rotary Club of Palgrave and members of the
