Palgrave Pondfest 2007

The Ontario ATV Search and Rescue Federation is hosting 2007 Pondfest which is supported by the Palgrave Rotary Club.

This event will be held Saturday, Feb. 24 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Mill Pond which is located in downtown Palgrave off of Regional Road 50.

There will be a host of activities for families including ice skating, music, a raffle which will include a hockey card display and hot chocolate and hot dogs will be available for purchase. A chuck wagon will be on site.

The Mill Pond is a captivating place for this event. It is surrounded by the hills of Caledon nestled in the quaint and historical town of Palgrave.

This is a fund-raiser to support the not-for-profit organization the Ontario ATV Search and Rescue Federation. Its founder and members live mostly in the Caledon community. It is an organization dedicated to assisting law enforcement agencies in the search and rescue of missing persons within the province of Ontario.
