CHARITY GOLF FUNDS DISTRIBUTED
At the first meeting of Caledon council for 2007, former councillor Jim Wallace announced where the proceeds

from the 2006 council charity golf tournament would be going. The $46,000 in total will see $20,000 go to the

Caledon Heritage Foundation, $4,000 each to Abbeyfield Houses of Caledon, Belfountain Outdoor Education

Program, Canadian Tire JumpStart Foundation, Policing Advisory Council of Caledon, Road Watch Caledon

and Terra Cotta Community Centre, and $2,000 to Caledon Citizens on Patrol. Representatives from the various

groups were joined by members of Caledon council for the presentations.
