Rezoning is approved

Caledon council recently granted a rezoning to Coleraine Holdings Ltd. for 13115, 13129 and 13153 Coleraine Dr., north of Healey Road, in Bolton.

The property will be rezoned prestige industrial exception 421 from rural residential and prestige industrial 310 in order to develop the property for industrial uses.

All the existing buildings on the site will be demolished and the three existing lots will be merged on title.

Town planners commented the application conforms to the Caledon Official Plan and they recommended approval.
