Register now for Swim School

The Dorado Stars Swim School is looking for enthusiastic children between the ages of 6 and 10 years of age. Participation in the program requires that all participants must have completed a minimum level 6 Aqua-Quest, and must have the ability to swim one length of the pool (25 metres of continuous stroke).

This program exposes young swimmers to competitive swimming, strokes, technique and skill through a low coach-swimmer ratio, as well as a friendly, creative and fun environment. From a technical standpoint the goal of the Swim School is to set the foundation from which effortless and efficient swim strokes are built.

Call to book your free assessment and tryout. Tryouts are scheduled every Wednesday and Friday at 6:15 p.m.

The winter session has just begun and the Swim School operates in 10-week sessions (20 classes).

Each session ends with a fun, friendly swim meet where athletes can showcase their skills. This team event takes place at the Mayfield Recreation Complex Pool, located at 12087 Bramalea Road.

Register by Jan. 20 and receive 25% off registration fee, as well as a free team t-shirt and bathing cap.

Direct registration inquiries to team manager Carmen Desjardins, 905-846-6213 or carmdesja@hotmail.com.
