The Canadian Red Cross Society's Safety Services has introduced a new and improved First Aid training program. The Caledon Centre, Caledon's authorized providers of First Aid training is ready. The most significant change to training courses is the introduction of the AED (Automated External Defibrillator), courses now instruct participants how to administer an Epipen and a metered dose inhaler. Hundreds of individuals learn First Aid at the Caledon Centre every year. Courses offered include First Aid Training, Babysitting Courses and Boat Operator's Certificate. Paramedic and medical student William McCreadie is the Centre's First Aid course conductor.
