Dufferin-Peel board crisis just tip of an iceberg
      NO matter how the McGuinty Liberals might view it, the situation it faces locally in the impasse with the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board is merely the tip of an iceberg. Although the local board has undoubtedly been the most difficult to deal with among the province's 72 district school boards, many of them face the same problem, in the area of provincial funding.
