celebrate their 5th anniversary , the Toonies for Autism Committee established these two new
Emmanouela Dimas awards. St.Dominic School in Lindsay won the Outstanding Community
Involvement Award and Pope John Paul II School in Bolton won the Outstanding Fundraising Effort
Award. In addition to receiving a commemorative plaque, the school received a $1,000 donation cheque
to be used towards a service, resource or fund of the school’s choice. Special thanks to the school’s
dedicated Educational Resource Workers for their efforts towards raising Autism awareness and this
fund-raising campaign. Since Toonies for Autism began five years ago, Pope John Paul II School has
raised the most money in the province each year! For more information on how your school or business
