OPP Report 1-888-310-1122 Traffic Caledon OPP Officers responded to 20 property damages and seven personal injury collisions during the week of Nov. 27 to Dec. 3. High Miler of the Week Wednesday, Nov. 29 at approximately 8:39 p.m. a Caledon OPP officer observed a motor vehicle travelling at an extreme high rate of speed on Airport Road near Walker Road in Caledon. Twenty-six-year old Todd Drowns of Etobicoke was charged with Speeding-101 km-h in a 50 km-h posted zone. Court date has been set for Dec. 21. Fail to Remain Saturday, Dec. 2, 20-yearold David Eunson of Caledon was charged with Fail to Remain at Scene of Collision Cause Bodily Harm following the police investigation of a motor vehicle collision on Olde Baseline Road near Creditview Road at approximately 4:30 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 18. Assault Saturday, Dec. 2, an altercation in a bar on Queen Street in Bolton resulted in charges for one individual. Forty-four-year-old Mark Earl of Caledon was been charged with Assault. He will appear in court Jan. 11. Break & Enter Tuesday, Nov. 28, during the night hours, a business on Queen Street in Bolton was entered through a back door. The door had been forced open breaking the lock mechanism. Cash was stolen from the business. Friday, Dec. 1, five or six youths were observed near a park washroom facility at approximately 9 p.m. in the evening. The door had been forced open and a sink shut off valve had been tampered with. Drugs Saturday, Dec. 2 Caledon OPP officers responding to a medical assist call on Bush Street in Belfountain arrived at the residence and found a small marihuana grow operation inside the home. Fiftyyear old James Spence was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance- Marihuana, Production of Marihuana and Possession for the Purpose. He will appear in court Jan. 8, 2007. Mischief Saturday, Dec. 2, a homeowner on Kingsview Drive reported his house, garage and car were vandalized by paintballs. Saturday, Dec. 2, police received a report of youths throwing eggs at cars in the area of Regional Road 50 between Bolton Heights and Columbia Way. The incident was reported at approximately 11:30 p.m. and at the same time officers were advised of youths damaging Christmas lawn decorations on Tanzini Drive in Bolton. A third call was received regarding youths in a vehicle on McLaughlin Road near Mayfield Road that had smashed a mailbox with a baseball bat. Sunday, Dec. 3, a resident on McCabe Crescent reported that sometime overnight two beer bottles were thrown at his home smashing the front glass windows. Sunday, Dec. 3, a Trailview Lane resident in Bolton reported a rock was thrown at a window causing it to smash. Monday, Nov. 20, a school on Kennedy Road reported damage to the school exterior walls due to graffiti. Friday, Nov. 24, the window of a vehicle was smashed while left parked in a commercial lot on Healey Road. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle. Saturday, Nov. 25, a mailbox and fence on Station Road near Wakely Blvd. in Bolton were reported damaged by spray paint. Sunday, Nov. 26, dent damages were caused to a vehicle parked overnight at a McCreary Trail address. Stolen and Recovered Vehicles Wednesday, Nov. 29, a chain was cut and trailer stolen sometime in the evening from a business on Highway 10 in Caledon. Wednesday, Nov. 29, an ATV was stolen from the yard of an Escarpment Sideroad property. Sunday, Nov. 26, a vehicle that had been stolen from Mississauga was located abandoned and burned out on Kennedy Road north of The Grange Sideroad in Caledon. Theft Tuesday, Nov. 28, a utility trailer was stolen from the yard of a McLaughlin Road property sometime over the past 24 hours. Thursday, Nov. 30, a vehicle left unlocked at a Queensgate Blvd. plaza was entered during the evening hours. A purse was stolen from within. Friday, Dec. 1, a lock was cut off a box at a Perdue Court job site and construction equipment was stolen. Items missing include a welding machine, torches and torque guns. The theft occurred sometime overnight. Monday, Nov. 20, an unlocked vehicle parked in a Birchview Crescent address was entered sometime overnight. A digital camera and some medications were stolen from the vehicle. Monday, Nov. 20, a Bobcat was stolen from a commercial property yard on Healey Road during the night hours. Tuesday, Nov. 21, a vehicle parked at a Ridge Road residence was entered and a computer bag was stolen as well as CDs and DVDs. Another two vehicles parked at another Ridge Road address were left unlocked and entered. A bag of Christmas lights and a briefcase were taken. The briefcase was later located discarded on the street. Tuesday, Nov. 21, a credit card was stolen from a parked vehicle on Fountainbridge Drive in Bolton. Wednesday, Nov. 22, three vehicles were reported entered sometime overnight, while parked at a Cedargrove Road address. Identification papers were stolen from the vehicles. Thursday, Nov. 23, 40- year-old Roslynn Brearley- Molnar of Caledon was charged with Theft-Under following an investigation at a retail business on McEwan Drive in Bolton. Court date has been set for Dec. 21. Thursday, Nov. 23, cash was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at a St. Michael’s Street address. Friday, Nov. 24, 19-yearold Callaghan Tribble of Caledon was charged with Theft-Under following an investigation of missing merchandise at a retail business on McEwan Drive in Bolton. A court date has been set for Dec. 21. Saturday, Nov. 25, two separate residences on Shaws Creek Road reported that their mailboxes were stolen, including the posts. |
