Registration for swim program

Registration for the winter session of the Dorado Stars Swim School program begins the week of Dec. 11. Classes will begin Monday, Jan. 8, 2007. The program includes 20 one-hour sessions over a 10-week period.

The Dorado Stars Swim School is a developmental program designed for children between the ages of 6 and 10. Participants must have completed a minimum level 6 Aquaquest program and must have the ability to swim one length of the pool (25 metres of continuous stroke).

The program exposes young swimmers to competitive swimming strokes, technique and skill. From a technical standpoint the goal of the Swim School program is to set the foundation from which effortless and efficient strokes are built.
