Caledon minor atom AA Hawks at London tourney
      The Caledon minor atom AA Hawks team packed up their gear and suitcases and traveled to London to participate in the annual Tim Hickman Memorial Thunder tournament on the weekend of November 17. The early morning game against the top London Gold team ended up in a 1-1 tie.

      The Dorado Stars Swim Club held their second annual awards banquet Oct. 22 at the Caledon Community Complex in Caledon East. Throughout the evening, awards were presented to the Dorado Stars swimmers for their achievements in the 2005 and 2006 swim season.

Pond hockey championships
      The stage is set for the 2007 Source For Sports Canadian Pond Hockey Championships. Teams from Caledon will have their chance to compete nationally to try to earn the opportunity to join hockey legends from past and present at the Hall. More than 240 teams and 1,400 players will participate.

      Francis Bui is the current Humberview Husky athlete of the week. Francis, 15, is involved in volleyball, table tennis and badminton at The 'View. The grade 11 student lives in Brampton.
