Road closed for Santa parade

Caledon OPP assisted by the Region of Peel will be closing Regional Road 50 in Bolton Saturday, Dec. 2 for the arrival of the Bolton Santa Claus Parade. The parade begins at 11 a.m. and is expected to wrap up by 12:30 p.m.

Regional Road 50 (Queen Street) will be closed in both directions between Healey Road and Bolton Heights Road. King Street will also be affected, as traffic will not be able to pass through the intersection of King Street and Queen Street. Several side streets intersecting Queen Street will also be closed while Santa makes his way northbound through Bolton.
