Japanese cuisine blossoms at Bolton's Rebekha Sushi
Bolton's growing needs led entrepreneur Jimmy Lee to the downtown core, to fill a void in the area's dining establishments. Rebekha Sushi, located at Bolton's four corners, offers a wide range of dishes in a comfortable dining room atmosphere. Judging by its opening night success, residents give it a big thumbs-up. Lee said most people will enjoy their authentic fish, teriyaki and Japanese steak. Also popular are the maki (rolls) ranging from snowcrab to spicy California. There's even a Bolton Roll on the menu, consisting of tuna, avocado, green onion and sprouts. There are many appetizers ranging from ushio soup (seafood and seaweed) to deep fried soft shell crab. An extensive lunch and dinner menu offers the gamut of teriyaki combinations, grilled sirloin and sizzled short ribs. Of course, as the name implies, there are numerous sushi dishes, including huge, 90-piece party trays. Their a la carte sushi menu ranges from red snapper to octopus and sea urchin. The restaurant also offers take-out and catering for your special occasion. No party tray is too large or too complicated for the staff at Rebekha Sushi. Lee noted their dishes are ideal for small or large parties or gatherings. Lee also noted the healthy aspects of Japanese cuisine. The essential fatty acids in fish are very healthy for us. Lee encourages families to pay them a visit and enjoy some delicious and healthy food. Lee, who has experience in food related businesses in Toronto and London, is happy to locate in Bolton. The name of the restaurant comes from the name of his young daughter. Rebekha Sushi is open Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pay them a visit for a night out, or call them at 905-857-1771. |
