Compensation is authorized

A bylaw was passed by Caledon council recently that authorizes the mayor and clerk to execute offers of compensation in connection with the expropriation of road widenings and hydro easements along Coleraine Drive. The offers will be based on compensation values established by individual full narrative land appraisal reports prepared by Cushman & Wakefield LePage, Inc.
