More than $100,000 in stolen property

Tuesday, Oct. 24 at approximately 7:30 a.m., Caledon OPP Street Crime Unit and Major Crime Unit officers executed a search warrant at a business located at 10 Marconi Court, in Bolton.

As a result of the search warrant police located and seized the following stolen property:

Hardwood flooring valued at $53,000, reported stolen from a Brampton area business Oct. 21.

Gas stoves valued at $75,000, reported stolen from a Brampton area business Oct. 21.

Two utility trailers valued at $1,000, stolen while in transit from the United States to Canada in January 2006.

Three males were arrested on scene. All three have been charged with Possession of Stolen Property-Over $5,000 (x2) and Possession of Stolen Property-Under $5,000.

Forty-two-year-old Stephen Brown of Mount Forest, 39- year-old Sean Lilly of Caledon and 26-year-old Ronald Melanson of Brampton will appear in court Nov. 23 in answer to the charges.

The investigation is on going and further arrests are pending.
