Rotary unveils town clock

The Rotary Club of Palgrave celebrates its 25th anniversary Saturday (Nov. 4). The club has donated a town clock to the village of Palgrave to mark the occasion. The unveiling and dedication of the clock will take place Saturday, Nov. at 2 p.m. as part of the celebration of this milestone in the club's history. The public is welcome. For 25 years the men and women of the Palgrave Rotary Club have been making difference in the lives of others. Rotarians volunteer their time and energy to serve our community, sponsor children and young people, and reach out a helping hand to those in need throughout the world. Rotarians, spouses and friends of Rotary have been hard at work preparing a dry-stone wall and flower bed for the base of the clock, which will be erected this week.
