Council, deBoer receive praise from reader

Sitting on many boards for sport across the country, I am well aware of how difficult it is to achieve desired goals with limited resources and differing opinions.

Having dealt with many of the current council I want to first thank them for the endless meetings they have attended on my behalf. While I may not have always agreed with each of their decisions, I do appreciate their efforts.

I would like to personally thank councillor Nick deBoer for his endless

personal support of the many sporting activities I have been involved with over the past three years. Nick has consistently gone beyond the call of duty in every request I have ever made to his office. From

showing up at our Kids of Steel Race with his own bails of hay (for athlete safety on corners) to showing up and volunteering at our many C3 activities. Thanks once again to all of the current

council for their personal sacrifices to our community and special thanks to Nick deBoer for making my Caledon a better place to live!
