Thanks from church

Palgrave United Church would like to thank all who supported us at our recent turkey dinner. We anticpated a crowd of 400+ and about 460 plates were served. We do apologize to the diners who arrived after 6 to wait for more than an hour only to find the table almost bare. It was a record-breaking crowd and we want to thank the local Caledon newspapers for their excellent coverage both before and after the dinner. We also want to thank the Caledon East IGA for donating all the vegetables and the new Palgrave Cafe and Bake Shoppe on Highway 50 for donating all the dinner rolls. Our takeout is becoming even more popular with no waiting for your meal. Thanks to all. See you next year!
