Woman dies after collision Caledon OPP and OPP Technical Collision Investigators are continuing their investigation of a motor vehicle collision, which occurred Oct. 5 at approximately 3:45 p.m. A westbound dump truck collided with three westbound vehicles that were behind a stopped school bus. Six people were transported to Headwaters Hospital and one of the six, 25-year-old Denise LeBlanc of Vancouver, British Columbia was airlifted to Sunnybrook Medical Centre. Tragically, Denise succumbed to her injuries later that day, while at Sunnybrook Medical Centre. The driver of the truck, 34-year-old Rory Guyah of Woodbridge is now facing charges of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Bodily Harm (x5) and one count of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death. He will appear in court Nov. 9. |
