Services are assumed

The municipal infrastructure in the Jetron Holdings Inc. subdivision was recently assumed by the Town of Caledon.

Also known as the Heritage Hills subdivision, it's a residential development consisting of 158 lots and three townhouse blocks located west of Station Road and north of Ellwood Drive West in Bolton.

The municipal services for the subdivision have now completed the required minimum one-year maintenance period and the developer has rectified all deficiencies. As well, the grading of all lots in the subdivision has been certified by the developer's engineering consultant.
