Wonderland celebrates Halloween fun

Celebrate fall the way that it was meant to be celebrated - with lots of Halloween fun! Paramount Canada's Wonderland proudly premieres Spooktacular: the Family Halloween Event. All new for 2006, this splendidly spooky event is designed to delight children during daylight hours with frighteningly fun activities just for kids!

KidZville will be transformed into a fall spectacular where kid sized haunts will fascinate youngsters and their families alike. The boo-rific feature attractions include a Pirate Treasure Hunt, crafts, daily costume contests where everyone wins, and pint sized mazes for little ghouls and goblins!

All of the top kids rides and attractions in Nickelodeon Central, Hanna-Barbera Land and KidZville will be open exclusively for Spooktacular. Each day the Playhouse Theatre will feature Fairytale Follies, a fun and interactive show filled with reenactments of classic fairytales, as well as Spooky Story Time.

In addition to the rides, attractions and shows, everyone's favorite characters including Mona the Vampire, Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants and more, will make appearances throughout the day for hugs and pictures.
