Questions on BAR 1. When were the residents on Coleraine Drive first informed that the Bolton bypass would likely affect their properties? 2. What specific conditions have changed between now and the early 1990s when the Citizens Liaison Committee made its recommendations to the Town to implement the then called bypass, now Bolton Arterial Roads System? 3. What is the position of James Dick company with respect to the possible routes that will affect the company's property north of Bolton? 4. What is the position of the TRCA regarding the traffic route associated with Duffy's Lane and the authority's property near Bolton? Is TRCA in favour or opposed? 5. Why is the BAR so important, not only for Bolton but the entire Town of Caledon? 6. Were the residents living in the subdivisions south of King and west of Coleraine Drive, informed when their homes were purchased, of the construction of the BAR and the changes this will produce on Duffy's Lane? 7. Will the Town, region or the province construct sound barriers on the south side of King near Duffy's Lane to protect the residents and their families living there?
