Passed away peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Shelburne on Monday, September 11, 2006 at the age of 75. Loving husband of Margaret. Loved father of Randy (Bev); Valerie Anderson; Wanda (Brent) Neill; Lori (Wally) Bertrand; and Brenda (Terry) Sweet. Proud grandfather of Kyle, Jenna, Kendall, Lindsay and Shelby. Brother of Marg Besley, Alverna (Don) Peacock and Verona (Jim) Landers. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Gertrude, brother Jim and brother-in-law Bill Besley. A gathering of family and friends was held at the Doney Funeral Home, 318 Main Steet East, Shelburne on Wednesday from 1-3 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service took place in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, September 14, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, donations to Headwaters Health Care Centre, Shelburne or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
