Funny fund-raiser in Alton

The Alton Firefighters Association is holding a funny fund-raiser Sept. 16 at the Alton Legion the firefighters are hosting comedians from Yuk Yuk's On Tour for a night of laughter. Before the three comics bring tears to your eyes, doors will open at 5 p.m. and a full course dinner begins at 5:30 pm. Tickets are $40 per person include dinner and show. Tickets are available at the Alton Legion, Bryant's General Store, Ray's Bakery and Sam's Auto Service.
