Caledon Terry Fox Run

Bolton, Sponsored by the Kinsmen Club of Bolton After a brief ceremony, the Bolton Run will start at 9 a.m. at the Kinsmen Centre at 35 Chapel Street. This year a 5-kilometre run will be set up and after the runners finish the course, food and refreshments will served by Kinsmen at the Centre. Pledge sheets can be picked up at the Albion Bolton Community Centre or Ellwood Memorial Public School. For more, contact John Stegeman at 905-857-3021 Starting at 8 a.m. Rotarians will be cooking breakfast at the chuck wagon, located on the Trans Canada Trail park off of Brawton Drive. The run will start at 9 a.m. The half-way point of the run will be at Humber Station Road, roughly 5 kilometres from Palgrave and the participants can then turn around and head back to the starting point. The community event will feature displays by Caledon's Fire and Emergency Services personnel, a skateboard ramp and rock climbing wall.
