ARE YOU STRESSED? BURNT OUT? HERE'S HELP

2. BREATHE! Try the 2-4-1 method (breathe in for 2 second, hold for 4 second, breathe out for 1 second) to control your breathe and environment.

3. HYDRATE! Drink _ of your body weight "in ounces" of pure water. (Example: 150 lbs, drink 75 ounces of water)

4. DO, DUMP, DELEGATE! Decide and prioritize your TO DO LIST. Either DO IT, DUMP IT or DELEGATE it to someone else.

5. ASK FOR HELP! Asking for help is a sign of strength. Do what you do well and get support for the rest.
