Bolton West Parking Lot Improvements
Sealed Bids, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Town of Caledon Public Works and Engineering Department, Town Hall, 6311 Old Church Road in Caledon East, no later than, 12:00 noon local time on:

Friday, August 25, 2006 Principal quantities of work are as follows:

Remove Existing Pavement & Base 1100 cubic metres Supply and install asphalt and base 2000 square metres Supply and install barrier curb 170 lineal metres Demolish existing structure and appurtenances Supply and install stormceptor, catch basins and storm sewer and headwall with outfalls Supply and install parking lot lighting Supply and install miscellaneous landscaping

Tender documents and information to bidders are available at the Public Works and Engineering Department at the above address between 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., local time, Monday to Friday, for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 (G.S.T. included) per bid document on Tuesday August 8, 2006.

A Bid Deposit, in the amount specified in the Tender Document, in the form of a certified cheque or bid bond shall accompany each Bid.

The Town of Caledon reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and also reserves the right to accept other than the lowest Bid. The Town of Caledon reserves the absolute right to refuse the Bid of any contractor who is in litigation adverse to the Town.
