Yes, but is anyone listening?
      We humans are a noisy bunch. I imagine if we were orbiting our globe, pointing a directional microphone at our spinning bauble, we'd hear an almost deafening chatter. Billions of voices, millions of machines barking, belching, spewing. One would think our boisterous drivel would attract an interstellar crowd.
