Millcroft, Erica Ehm partner to offer Yummy Mummy Guilt-Free Getaway

Erica Ehm, creator of the Yummy Mummy Club Web site (www.yummymummysite. com) and Yummy Mummy, a TV series about parenting for the music video generation currently airing on Canada's Life Network and Discovery Health internationally, has partnered with The Millcroft Inn & Spa in Alton to offer a special getaway event for women from Aug. 13-15.

Since becoming a mother in 2000, Erica has become passionate about reminding moms about the importance of "me time."

"Once I became a parent, all focus was put on my son. I stopped taking care of myself, and in doing so, felt a part of me slip away" Ehm said. "Moms today are juggling so many roles, they end up exhausted. It's so important that moms give themselves permission to be pampered."

Erica created the Yummy Mummy TV series and Yummy Mummy Club website to empower modern mothers and bring back the sexy, stimulated person mom was before kids. The Web site is a "guilt free zone" with cheeky articles, playful surveys, a yummy mummy book club and an online shopping section, all to encourage mom to take time for herself.

Also, Erica writes a Yummy Mummy column in the City Post Magazines and is the voice of mothers in her monthly column in the Toronto Star Wheels section.

This getaway package titled the "Yummy Mummy Guilt-Free Millcroft Getaway" will be facilitated by Erica, and is designed for women who are looking for a break from their daily routine and in need of some play and pampering time. From Aug. 13-15, participants will be treated to exquisite cuisine, relaxing spa treatments, yoga and pilates classes, an intimate gourmet cooking demo with Executive Chef Roberto Fracchioni, and a number of other interactive sessions with the original Yummy Mummy herself. Advanced reservations are required and bookings will be limited to ensure an optimal group size.

For more information on this special getaway, including the itinerary, visit the Rates & Great Escapes page at www.millcroft.com, or contact Erica Ehm at 416557-2737 or e-mail ericaehm@ sympatico.ca.
